Let's Get Off the Tarmac

Tarmac.jpeg

It's that time of year again where the long summer days have come to a close and (here in Canada) we can already feel the nip in the air.

But of course, this year is a bit different. Like so many of you, my feelings and emotions are a roller coaster as I get my kids ready for school in a pandemic. And it got me thinking...

In many ways, 2020 has felt like the airplane waiting to take off the runway and just can't seem to make it into the sky. We've been waiting all year to fly (figuratively and literally) sitting on the tarmac not being able to think too much about the future, or commit to plans. But perhaps now should be that moment. Perhaps now we should recalibrate our flight pattern and figure out how we can move forward so we can feel the sense of accomplishment that we need.

It's been a true juggling act being the mom I want to be and running a coaching business that I'm incredibly passionate about. I've used the powerful content that I teach to find the positive in everything that I do, to see the silver lining in what's happening around us, and here we are finally - ready to focus on that something ahead of us. We're able to make small steps towards something in the future.

I'm looking forward to my next coaching group starting in just two weeks. If you want to see meaningful changes in your personal and professional life, now is the time to reach out to learn more about my program.

And speaking of airplanes, what if the travel budgets that haven't been used up by your company in this time could be redirected to employee personal development? Now is the time to ask for it. The results that you'll realize through working with me and this content will take you further than any miles travelled could have, I promise you.

So here we go (4 months left of) 2020. Let's fly.
